Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy describes information processed by AlphaAccord Bot through its installer, managed runtime, Discord bot, websites, member and staff portals, support workflows, and operational systems.

2. Information we process

• Discord identity: user ID, username, display name, avatar, and servers you own or administer during installer authorization.
• Community setup: server ID, community name, logo and website links, Welcome and Rules wording, terminology, enabled features, and reviewed installation choices.
• Discord operation: AlphaAccord-owned resource identifiers, configured roles and channels, commands, interactions, progression activity, tickets, recognition, events, and other enabled feature records.
• Support and safety: ticket messages, attachments you choose to submit, resolution history, moderation or audit records, and delivery status.
• Technical information: request identifiers, approximate network and device information available in standard web requests, security events, errors, service health, deployment version, and backup integrity records.
• Billing information: if payment is added later, the payment provider may process payment credentials. AlphaAccord should retain only the provider's customer, entitlement, transaction, and status references needed to administer access.

3. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate installers, verify server authority, build and operate selected features, isolate customer data, provide support, prevent abuse, secure and recover the service, deliver updates, maintain audit history, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases and consent

Depending on location and context, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, provide requested services, protect legitimate security and operational interests, comply with law, or act on consent. Community operators are responsible for giving their members any notices and choices required for features they enable.

5. Sharing

AlphaAccord does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Discord, hosting and storage providers, authentication services, future payment processors, and other vendors needed to provide the service. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete an authorized business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Data isolation and security

Managed installations use server-specific profiles, storage boundaries, web tenancy, deployment identity, one-time Discord Administrator authorization, signed readiness reporting, access controls, backups, and audit records. No system is perfectly secure, so customers should also protect their accounts, permissions, invitation codes, and server access.

7. Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for active service, support, security, audit, backup, contractual, and legal purposes. Retention periods will vary by record type. Backup and audit records may persist after an active record changes so recovery and integrity can be maintained. Commercial launch requires a reviewed retention schedule.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update community settings through available controls, disconnect AlphaAccord from Discord, or request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction through the official support ticket system. Rights vary by location and may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and obligations owed to the Discord server operator.

9. Children

AlphaAccord is not intended to let a child independently purchase or administer a commercial server installation. Discord server operators remain responsible for age-appropriate community operation and parental consent where required. Professional legal review should establish the final minimum-age and children's-privacy terms before launch.

10. International processing

Providers may process information in jurisdictions other than your own. Before commercial launch, AlphaAccord must document applicable transfer mechanisms and regional disclosures with legal counsel.

11. Policy changes

The effective date and version will change when this Policy is updated. Material changes may require a new installer agreement before further installation or download activity.

12. Payments

Stripe processes AlphaAccord and AlphaAccord+ subscription payments. AlphaAccord receives and stores limited billing references needed to provide access and support the subscription, such as the Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, and subscription status. AlphaAccord does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through The Alpha Accord's official website support ticket system or designated Discord support channel until a dedicated privacy contact is published.
