Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to AlphaAccord Bot, its guided installer, hosted services, Discord integrations, websites, and related support. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and are authorized to configure the Discord server you select.

2. The service

AlphaAccord helps an authorized server owner or administrator create and operate community roles, channels, panels, progression features, support workflows, and other selected systems. Available features may change as AlphaAccord is improved. Preview, beta, and evaluation features may be modified or withdrawn.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate setup information and maintain control of your Discord server and authorized accounts.
• Review AlphaAccord's no-change preview and requested Discord permissions before authorizing installation.
• Use AlphaAccord lawfully and follow Discord's terms, community guidelines, and developer policies.
• Do not use AlphaAccord to harass, deceive, exploit, surveil, or unlawfully collect information about others.
• Maintain appropriate community rules, moderation, notices, and permissions for your members.

4. Account and installation security

You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized Discord account. Do not share installer invitations, access credentials, tokens, or secrets. Notify AlphaAccord support through the official support channel or website ticket system if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Purchases and subscriptions: Free and paid plans

PUP is available without a subscription or credit card and includes the features identified in the installer. AlphaAccord and AlphaAccord+ are paid, automatically renewing subscriptions. Their current prices, billing periods, included features, taxes, and any trial or promotion are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Paid access begins only after Stripe confirms the subscription to AlphaAccord Bot.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the secure Stripe customer portal linked from your AlphaAccord license page. Cancellation normally takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout and in that portal. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy displayed at purchase, applicable law, and any written commitment from AlphaAccord support.

6. Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of names, logos, text, and other content you provide. You grant AlphaAccord a limited permission to host, process, display, and transform that content only as needed to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.

7. Software and acceptable use

AlphaAccord and its original software, artwork, documentation, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your access is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and for operating authorized community installations. You may not bypass security, probe other tenants, distribute credentials, remove ownership notices, or resell AlphaAccord unless a separate written agreement permits it.

8. Availability, updates, and changes

AlphaAccord may apply security, reliability, and feature updates. Planned managed-runtime updates preserve the existing server configuration and use signed readiness verification. Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider interruptions, Discord changes, security response, or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, AlphaAccord, Discord, providers, or the public; to investigate abuse; or to address material violations. You may stop using AlphaAccord and remove its Discord access. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup integrity.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaAccord is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. AlphaAccord is not responsible for Discord or third-party services outside its control. Any final warranty exclusions, liability cap, governing law, dispute process, and consumer-rights language must be completed through professional legal review before commercial launch.

11. Changes to these Terms

When material terms change, AlphaAccord may require acceptance of a new dated version before further installation or download activity. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law and after any required notice.
